Every Dolpa order is carefully picked, quality-checked, and packed by our team before it leaves our facility. We process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
High-demand products may require up to 4 business days due to quality checks and increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience — every order gets the same care.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.
- If a delay exceeds our standard window, we'll notify you by email promptly.
- Processing time does not include transit/delivery time.

Delivery Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
- Dolpa is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen are outside our control once handed to the carrier.

Returned or Undeliverable Orders
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will work with you to find the best resolution:
- Re-ship the order to the correct address, additional shipping charges may apply, orr
- Issue a refund for the item cost, excluding the original shipping fee.
