At Dolpa, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return, as certain conditions and fees apply.

By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Important Notice

Returns processed as a bank or card refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost. Choosing a Gift Card (store credit) gives you the full product amount with no deductions.

Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

We Accept Returns When:

• Item returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags are still attached
• Item is in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Sale / discounted items — all sale items are final sale
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Wrong size selected by the customer at checkout

Wrong Size — Customer Error


We understand sizing can be tricky. However, if you ordered the wrong size due to an incorrect selection at checkout, we are unable to accept a return for that item.

Our Goodwill Offer — 50% Discount on the Correct Size

As a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to offer you a 50% discount on a new order for the correct size. Simply contact us at care@dolpa.com.au with your order number and we will send you a personalised discount code.

We strongly encourage all customers to consult our Size Guide on each product page before placing an order. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before purchasing — we are happy to help.

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose from the following options:

Gift Card — Full Credit, Zero Deductions on Product Cost

When you choose a Dolpa Gift Card, we issue the full product amount as store credit. No 20% fee, no shipping deduction from your product value. Your gift card never expires and can be used on any future order.

Bank Account / Card Refunds

If you prefer a refund to your bank account or original payment method, a 20% processing fee plus the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total. Bank refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First

Email us at care@dolpa.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return.

Await Return Authorisation

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and full instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA number.

Pack & Ship Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Write your RMA number on the outside of the parcel. All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection & Approval

Once received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Refund Issued

Upon approval, your refund will be issued as a Gift Card (full credit) or bank refund (less applicable fees) based on your preference. You will be notified by email once processed.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologise and will make it right at no additional cost to you.

• No restocking fee or shipping deduction will be applied
• We will cover all return shipping costs
• You may choose a full replacement, Gift Card, or bank refund
• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence

Sale Items — Final Sale

All Sale Items Are Final Sale — No Returns or Refunds

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, except where the item is proven defective or incorrect. This includes items purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, or with discount codes. Please choose carefully.

Return Shipping Costs

All Customers Are Responsible for Return Shipping

Regardless of your location, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Dolpa cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels. Customs duties or import taxes on returned goods are the customer's responsibility.
